no allergies/no special diet

If you are reading this page you are one of the lucky people who can eat anything I post on this blog! If you’ve read the ‘about’ page you already know that, for people with dietary restrictions, there are a number of things the recipes on this blog are free from, more exactly:

  • gluten
  • lactose
  • dairy products (butter may be used in small amounts)
  • heated oils
  • rice
  • potatoes
  • grains
  • legumes
  • refined sugar
  • additives
  • sweeteners

However, if your diet permits you to any or all of the above, feel free to add or exchange ingredients as you please! Coconut milk can be replaced with any plant milk or dairy product, you can always use oil instead of butter, and bread, rice or other side dishes can  always be added – good things in combination more often than not end up tasting just that- Good!
