waltnut orange chocolate candy


These are delicious, try them!


85 g walnuts

85 g pumpkin seeds

7 dates

(1/2 vanilla bean)

pinch of sea salt

30 g almond flour

zest 1/4 -1/2 orange

chocolate frosting

20 g melted coconut oil

20 g (1) date

20 g cacao powder

40 g hot water

Use a food processor to process nuts, seeds, dates, flour, salt, and seeds of vanilla bean to a thick paste.

Line a baking dish or mold with plastic wrapping and use your hands or a spoon to distribute the paste evenly (about 1.5-2 cm thick) and press so that it sticks together.

Process the ingredients for the chocolate frosting and pour over the paste. Chill and cut into pieces. Store cold.
