pomegrate dressing


Don’t wear a white shirt while preparing or eating this, but if you do and you look like you are the leader of the best climber classification of Tour de France…don’t tell me  I didn’t warn you…

Besides the risk of staining your clothes, this is so simple and so much more colorful than the most dressings, and tasty which only makes it even better!


1 dl pomegrate seeds

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Fast version: Process until smooth and pour over your favorite vegetables, sallad or just over some lettuce. Salt and pepper to taste.

Slightly more time consuming: Let the dressing simmer 5-10 min. This makes the consistency a bit thicker  and gives it a slightly sweeter taste. Add salt & pepper to taste.
