chocolate mousse (frozen)

Fan of chocolate? This is for you! My mind and chocolate-sweet thooth are happily noticing how chocolate mouse recipes with avocado is poping up every where, this is my version! For a really fluffy and silky version, peal the dates and let simmer into  a puree with a little water. For a fast version if your chocolate cravings are too strong- go for the quick version and don’t peal.

ingredients (2-3 servings)
2 ripe avocado
5-8 dates
3-4 tbsp cacao powder
Tiny bit of sea salt

Topping
Cardamom, cinnamon, raspberries, coconut chips

Put all ingredients (except salt) in a mixer and mix until smooth. Adjust the sweetness and chocolate strength by adding more or less dates and more or less cacao. Add just a little sea salt and stir.
Divide into bowls and either serve right away with the toppings or put them in the freezer for 15-30 min before serving.
