Beetroots and kale with some apple and garlic, it’s as easy as that!
900 g beetroots – boil
2 garlic cloves
1 dl sesame seeds + 2 dl water
Boil the beetroots, peal and cut into cloves. Bring water to a boil and boil 100g of shredded kale for 1 min. Add the vegetables to a oven safte buttered pan.
Mix sesame seeds and water to a “milk” with a mixer.
Beat the eggs lightly and mix with the sesame milk and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the vegetables and bake for ~25 min in 200 C.
Shred the remainder of the kale and fry with thinly sliced apple and chopped garlic, serve to the gratin.
